Having worked in the industry for over 20 years, Neil enjoys the opportunity to bring his wealth of experience to provide clients with solutions to their business, tax and financial problems. His experience includes working with a range of clients from individuals through to ASX listed companies.

Neil brings a depth of technical understanding and a high level of accuracy to his work. Through maintaining a high level of professional continued education, Neil has developed specialist skills in the application of tax effect accounting in financial statements and the operation and compliance issues surrounding SMSFs. Neil takes a collegiate approach to his work in order to gain the best outcome for his clients. 

Neil also manages the Share Registry Division of Nexia Sydney, Next Registries, which includes providing advice on share registry and ASX practice.

Amy has been a member of the team at Nexia for over five years. 

Her experience in business advisory services is well rounded and covers a range of industries. She is particularly proud of working with numerous successful start-up companies with respect to compliance, payroll, and management reporting. She is also knowledgeable in cloud accounting services.

Amy takes a proactive approach to her work and aims to maintain a strong technical proficiency. She also aspires to be efficient and approachable with respect to her clients.

George combines his sound taxation knowledge together with his expertise in South Australian State Taxes to help achieve great outcomes for his clients. 

James has been with Nexia for the past 8 years and uses his prior experience working in China to assist clients with cross border business advice and overseas investments.

James focuses on providing an efficient and result-oriented approach to his clients. He works with both high net worth individuals and businesses, and specialises in compliance and tax matters for immigrants and people setting-up businesses in Australia. He maintains close client relationships by being approachable and providing a personal and tailored service to all his clients.

He has industry expertise in property development, construction, agriculture and financial services. 

James is also fluent in Mandarin and spent several years working in financial services in China. He is often called upon by different members of the firm for his expertise with our growing Chinese client base.

A number of Neil’s clients have been with him since he commenced employment with the firm. His proven commitment to servicing his clients has earned him a well-deserved reputation and the trust and confidence of his clients. A majority of Neil’s practice is generated by referrals and repeat business.

Servicing a broad range of clients from manufacturing, retail and property, with a specialist interest in hospitality, Rob’s experience is wide and varied.

He and his team provide management and structuring advice to small to medium sized owner-managed businesses including; review of basic business structures, succession planning issues and the development and implementation of realistic and achievable business plans and strategies.
 

Doug is a Partner in Business Services, who specialises in helping clients develop and improve the profitability of their businesses. His areas of expertise are in early childhood education and property related industries. He has a particular interest in business advisory, business planning, management reporting, systems and succession planning

One of Doug’s strengths is the ability to explain complex issues in a way that is easy for people to understand. His clients trust him to provide them with a solution, and he is always the first port of call for advice.

Doug is Chair and Finance Director of the Nexia Christchurch Board. He is also Chair of the Touch Canterbury Board, and is involved in the Cricket Live Foundation - a charitable organisation saving children from slums in Sri Lanka through cricket. When not in the office, you will find him keeping fit at the gym, boxing or playing touch rugby.
